Review of Contributions Plan
Prior to the merger Snowy River Shire Council had commencing a review of its Contributions Plans. In 2013 a new draft S94A Contributions Plan 2013 and draft Planning Agreements Policy 2013 was exhibited. However with major changes expected to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 changes will result in the way Councils collect developer contributions. The review of our contributions plan has been put on hold until the changes at a State level to the Act are released.
