Reporting local issues is now a SNAP.  The Snap Send Solve platform is the easiest and most efficient way of notifying Council of issues that need addressing in our community. 

How can I report an issue?
You can either report an issue via an app on your smartphone or via your computer.

3. Take a photo of the issue

Platypus Country Visitors Information Centre in Bombala is located next door to the red brick building on Railway Park known as Lavender House. So be prepared to spend some time admiring all the beautiful lavender based products and local history when you come for visitor information. They are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. Cooma Visitor Centre
 is a Level 2 Accredited Visitor Centre delivering professional accurate travel and tourist information to the travelling and touring public. They are open 7 days a week 9am to 3pm.  Connect with them on Facebook and Instagram, give them a call on 1800 636 525, drop in to meet their enthusiastic friendly staff or visit their website.
