What are we doing?

Snowy Monaro Regional Council are undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of the toilet block. The proposed works includes upgrades to internal, external and surrounding landscaping. Internal works include upgrades to all walls, floors, ceiling and fixtures. External works include upgrades to the façade and roof as well as improvements to the surrounding paths, access ramp and stairs.

The goal is to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming facility that reflects the regions commitment to quality local and visitor experiences and supports its reputation as a premier travel destination.

Latest Update - September 2025

  • Final design is complete
  • The tender for the works is currently out and will close mid-September
  • The works are planned to begin as soon as the winter ski season is finished
  • Works are estimated to be complete by March 2026
