Our customer service line is available 24/7.

Business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm (excluding Public Holidays), during which time you will be able to receive assistance across our range of services and office locations. 

Please note: Payments are only possible at Council offices from 8.30am to 4pm. 

Calls received outside of business hours are answered by our after hours service. Urgent or emergency calls will be passed to the relevant department or team, and non-urgent calls will be responded to during business hours. 

Please ensure you provide our after-hours call centre staff with a contact phone number so that our emergency call-out staff can contact you to clarify information or advise that they have addressed the issue.

Snap Send Solve

Reporting local issues is now a SNAP.  The Snap Send Solve platform is the easiest and most efficient way of notifying Council of non-urgent issues that need addressing in our community. 

You can either report an issue via an app on your smartphone or via the website on your computer.

To report an issue in Snap Send Solve:

  1. Select your location
  2. Select the Incident Type
  3. Take a photo of the issue
  4. Fill out notes and any additional fields
  5. Send report
