How to pay your rates and water bills

  Step one: Scan the QR code or click this link https://pay.snowymonaro.nsw.gov.au to pay flexibly.

  Step two: Enter your mobile number and validate with a secure SMS code.

  Step three: Select a payment option that works for you.

• Phone: Call Council on 1300 345 345 and select option 2 to pay with your credit card. Alternatively, call 1300 720 938 and follow the prompts (MasterCard or Visa only).

• BPAY: The information is on your rates notice, and payment can be made through your financial institution.  

• In Person: At any Council office by cash or EFTPOS (MasterCard, Visa or debit card). Council does accept cash but prefers contactless non-cash payments where possible. The Delegate Rural Transaction Centre (RTC) can process rates, water and debtor account payments.
