Land Rates and Water Billing Information

Land Rates

Rates are levied for the period 1 July to 30 June and are payable on the following dates:

  • 1st Instalment
 Due 31 August
  • 2nd Instalment
 Due 30 November
  • 3rd Instalment
 Due 28 February
  • 4th Instalment
 Due 31 May

 

Interest is charged on a daily basis as per the maximum as set by the NSW Government and is applied to installments respectively if unpaid by the due dates.

Water Billing

There are three water billing periods:

  • Period 1
 1 July to 31 October
  • Period 2
 1 November to 28 February
  • Period 3
 1 March to 30 June

 

Water meters are read once each water billing period, notices for Usage and Access Charges are generated and forwarded after the end of each period.
