Textiles Recycling Drop Off Event

Do you have old clothes or worn-out textiles that aren’t good enough to donate?

Drop them off for recycling at our Textile Recycling Event on 13 to 16 November. 

By recycling your unwanted items, you’ll help keep textiles out of landfills. Simply bring your items to the Scrapmart at the Cooma landfill, and place them in the marked bin. They will be collected by RRR Australia, with items in good condition to be donated by RRR Australia to communities in need. More damaged items can be repurposed into industrial rags and, in some cases, fully recycled into items like blankets and towels.

• Thursday 13 November 9.30am - 1.30pm
• Friday 14 November 9.30am - 1.30pm
• Saturday 15 November 1pm - 5pm
• Sunday 16 November 11am - 5pm
