Lodging a planning application
The NSW Planning Portal is a digital platform used to lodge planning applications.
As of July 2021, planning applications may only be lodged using the portal. Hardcopy applications and documents emailed to Council are no longer accepted.
Where to find applications, certificates and forms
Some applications, certificates and forms are only available or generated through the NSW Planning Portal. These are indicated as such in the lists below.

How to use these forms
The forms on this page are supporting documents that can be used as part of the lodgement of your application.
They must be uploaded to the portal as part of your online application.
Forms provided on this page are in PDF format. Most forms can be completed using your computer, tablet or smartphone before being printed for signing.
