Snowy Monaro Regional Council provides a range of options to make reporting concerns, local issues, or getting in touch with us as easy and convenient as possible.

Use this form to report non-urgent problems direct to Council.

Fill in a few details, upload a photo, and submit. Make sure to include the location of your issue.

Call us on 1300 345 345 to report urgent issues 24/7.

To access the full range of Council services, contact us during office hours — 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: Staff-assisted payments are available from 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Calls received outside of business hours are answered by our after-hours service.

Urgent or emergency calls will be passed to the relevant department or team, and non-urgent calls will receive a response during business hours. 

Please ensure you provide our after-hours call centre staff with a contact phone number so that our emergency callout staff can contact you to clarify information or advise that they have addressed the issue.
