Temporary closure of Cooma ScrapMart extended

Council advises that the closure of the ScrapMart tip shop at Cooma Landfill has been extended, with the facility to remain closed to the public until further notice due to staff shortages.

Bargain hunters and those looking to donate items for resale are encouraged to visit one of our two other ScrapMart locations, located in Bombala and Jindabyne, while the Cooma facility is closed.

Bombala ScrapMart at Bombala Landfill is open on Saturdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and Sundays from 11am to 3.30pm.

Jindabyne ScrapMart at Jindabyne Landfill is open on Sundays from 10am to 3pm.

Council appreciates the community’s understanding during this unplanned closure.
