Snowy Monaro Regional Council has a 24/7 customer service line enabling us to best serve our community.

Our business hours are Berridale, Bombala and Jindabyne Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Cooma 8.30am - 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays), during which time you will be able to receive assistance across our range of services and office locations.  

Non-urgent calls received outside of business hours will be responded to in a timely manner once business resumes. 

Please provide our after-hours call centre staff with a contact phone number so that our emergency call-out staff can contact you to clarify information or advise that they have addressed the issue.
