Compliance

Snowy Monaro Regional Council deals with a variety of compliance issues within the region.

Council officers apply and enforce legislation for which Local Government is required to administer on the local level to ensure a safe, healthy and secure environment is maintained for its residents and visitors.

Officers include administrative staff, Cadet and Authorised Officers from the following professions: Ranger, Development Compliance Officer, Environmental Health Officer and Liquid Trade Waste Officer.
