Adoption of Michelago Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022

In accordance with s214 of the Environment Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, notice is hereby given that Snowy Monaro Regional Council endorsed the creation of the Michelago Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 (the Plan). The creation of this plan will repeal and replace the Yarrowlumla section 94 plan and Cooma-Monaro section 94 plan where the new plan applies (Area mapped in figure 1 of the plan).

The Michelago Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan will come into effect on 7 April 2022.
