Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey returns for 2025
Published on 06 November 2025
Starting Monday 10 November 2025, residents and ratepayers may receive a survey call asking for their view on Council’s performance over the last twelve months as part of Council’s 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey.
Council is asking our community to take 15 minutes out of their day to let us know what we’re doing well and where we’ve got room to improve.
Results are benchmarked against previous years to track how Council is performing in the eyes of our residents and ratepayers over time. The collated feedback and report from this year’s survey will be shared publicly once complete, sometime in early 2026.
From Monday 10 November 2025 until Monday 24 November 2025, randomly-selected residents and ratepayers will be receiving calls as part of the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey between 3.30pm and 8pm on weekdays, and 10am and 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition to the usual set of baseline assessment questions, this year’s survey features tailored questions focused on finding out your thoughts on how Council should balance development and community values, current councillor leadership, and your thoughts on funding a business case for a potential Council demerger.
The 2025 survey is conducted by Taverner Research Group, an Australian company certified under ISO 20252:2019 – the international certification standard for research and polling organisations.
