Council recently announced a consultation on home-based community services in our region, aiming to improve the availability and scope of these services in the Snowy Monaro.

We are today announcing a series of pop-up stalls across the region, running from Tuesday to Thursday this week.

These stalls are to give our community the opportunity to ask questions and find out more information from our staff in-person, and access hard copy versions of the survey (currently available at council offices, libraries, GPs, pharmacies).

The information collected will be used to help all providers – Council, private operators and not-for-profit groups – to understand what in-home services our community needs now and into the future.

Providers will utilise the insights from this survey to collaboratively address in-home service needs in our region.

Participation in this survey can be anonymous. If completing this on behalf of another person, please ensure responses reflect their current situation.

Come and see us at one of these pop-up dates:

Cooma Centennial Plaza – Tuesday 30 August – 10.30am to 12.30pm

Bombala IGA – Tuesday 30 August – 9am to 11am

Berridale, outside Bean & Barley cafe – Tuesday 30 August – 10.30am to 12.30pm

Cooma Centennial Plaza – Wednesday 31 August – 10.30am to 12.30pm
