Further to the public notice issued on 25 July 2025 relating to the operations at 298 Micalago Road, Michelago an update is provided to the community. Council resolved to refer the matter to our Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee at its March 2025 Ordinary meeting. A report is still being finalised. The NSW Environment Protection Authority has officially advised that it will investigate and review any alleged breaches. As the matter is now with the NSW EPA, there is no further advice to be provided at this time.
