The Snowy Monaro Mobile Library is back on the road in full capacity delivering library services across the region after a 14 month hiatus with the truck out of action and the little red car doing a stellar job in the meantime.

The Mobile Library is recommencing operations from Monday 20 March visiting: Adaminaby, Berridale, Bredbo, Dalgety, Delegate, Michelago and Nimmitabel.

On board you will find a collection of bestselling and popular fiction and non-fiction books for all ages.

Step aboard and browse, borrow and enjoy the wonderful worlds found in books.

To greet library visitors is our new driver, Sue Hite, who is excited to take the wheel and meet book lovers across the region.

Sue has experience in driving heavy vehicles and, with a passion for reading, she is the perfect match for the role. We are thrilled to have Sue join the team and see our first female driver since the beginnings of the mobile library service.

The Mobile Library plays a vital role in our communities that are not close to library branches and we are so happy to see the library spinning its wheels again.
