Residents are advised that ScrapMart at Cooma Landfill will be closed from Thursday 28 September through Saturday 30 September 2023, due to staff shortages.
This is a temporary closure, with ScrapMart reopening as normal from 9.30am to 1.30pm on Thursday 5 October 2023.
Cooma Landfill will be open as normal and ScrapMart drop-offs will still be accepted while the buyback store is closed.
Council apologises for any inconvenience this closure may cause, and appreciates the community’s understanding.
