Special Rate Variation calculator now available

Ratepayers of the Snowy Monaro can now access an easy-to-use Special Rate Variation (SRV) calculator through the SRV Your Say consultation website – www.yoursaysnowymonaro.com.au/special-rate-variation

This calculator will allow all ratepayers to more easily understand how each of the three SRV scenarios being considered by councillors at end January 2023 would potentially affect them and the rates charged for their property.

Council continues to listen to and respond to feedback throughout this consultation.

This is another example of our commitment to making this process as accessible as possible for our community. In December we have been out in the community with drop-in and pop-up sessions, and have appreciated some constructive discussions with our community members.

In January there will also be two online community information sessions on the SRV:
