Closures at Council facilities: Thursday 22 September

With the sad news of the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced a public holiday for the National Day of Mourning for Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday 22 September 2022.

There will be changes to operating hours at several of our Council facilities across the Snowy Monaro on this public holiday.

Kerbside bin collections will continue as normal.

We will issue a reminder about the October Long Weekend operational changes closer to that date as some of the same closures will apply on Labour Day (NSW), Monday 3 October 2022.
