Council facility opening hours and closures on Anzac Day 2024

Council is providing the following list of closures and public holiday opening hours at our facilities and services on Anzac Day, Thursday 25 April 2024.

Information regarding services and other Anzac Day events in the Snowy Monaro is available on our website at https://qrco.de/AnzacDay2024SMRC

Regular hours for all services and facilities resume on Friday 26 April 2024.

Council offices

  • Offices in Berridale, Bombala, Cooma and Jindabyne are closed
  • Bombala Service NSW is closed

Waste collection, landfills and transfer stations

  • Scheduled kerbside bin collections are unaffected
  • Landfills and ScrapMarts in Bombala, Cooma and Jindabyne are closed

Libraries

  • All Library branches, including the Mobile Library, are closed

Pools

  • All public swimming pools are closed

Visitor centres

  • Bombala Visitor Centre is open 12pm to 4pm
  • Cooma Visitor Centre is open 12pm to 3pm

Community services

  • Community services offices in Berridale, Bombala and Cooma (also known as the Werri-Nina Centre) are closed
