Delegate water billing information session postponed

Council advises that the Delegate water billing information session scheduled for Friday 29 August 2025 at the Delegate Rural Transaction Centre has been postponed due to forecast bad weather.

What’s this all about?
From October 2025, town water supplied to properties in Delegate is a paid service. The first bill will be issued in March 2026, with usage charged at a rate of $3.89 per 1000 litres (kilolitre) of water used.
Council has put together a webpage with all the information residents and businesses need to know ahead of these changes coming into effect this October.
