Seeking contractors for Council's new plant and equipment hire panel

Council is inviting contractors to participate in the upcoming tender for our new plant and equipment hire panel through the online VendorPanel procurement platform.

The goal of this new initiative is to create an internal panel of contractors that are operating in the plant and equipment hire sectors.

Tender will open at 9am Monday 14 July 2025 and submissions will be accepted until 4.59pm Monday 11 August 2025.

Contractors we’ve worked with before and new contractors are invited to participate in this tender opportunity. All businesses and contractors that are interested in working with us need to be registered with VendorPanel. As Council’s unified procurement platform, registration is necessary in order to receive notification of new opportunities, submit bids, quotations or expressions of interest, and to complete awarded contract reporting requirements.
